We did a recce of Puma’s offices working with a stylist to pinpoint locations and props we would require. We complied a clothing and colour scheme guide to show everyones personality. We didn’t want everyone to wear black!
We want you to capture the creativity and dynamism of the people we have in our organisation to highlight how different we are to traditional asset managers.
The day of the shoot I was free to spend time with my subjects and shoot the portraits in a really calm atmosphere, I think they enjoyed the shoot too.
